These buttons came out of the Russian revolution leading to the first set of sickle and Hammer designs that were still in use until the iron curtain finally fell in the '80s. This is a selection of buttons that spans the time in between those two periods. These were also found on the battlefields of the German occupation as well as the long slog through Europe up until the Americans handed Berlin to Stalin where he decimated, obliterated, flattened and tried to exterminate every single German man woman and child regardless of affiliation with the Nazi party.America struck a deal with Russia and that's the one thing that the allied troops gave to Russia for the Germans invading Stalingrad and other key points in Russian held territory and on Russian soil.they left a barbaric trail just as barbaric and just as cruel as the Romans did when they would sack a village.I won't go into detail but they were absolutely brutal to every man woman and child. All prices are negotiable.
